Praise Darwin for California

I just got back from a conference on intellectual property in San Francisco. Unfortunately, it was next to the airport, which at first glance looked like a pretty uninteresting setting compared to downtown San Francisco. But during the few minutes I had for short walks, I ran into some interesting flowers along Bayshore Drive (Burlingame, CA), especially on a little walkway along the bay. Wishing to avoid legal trouble with any of you judges or ACLU attorneys out there, let me just say that the beauty of California’s flowers makes me want to shout “Praise Darwin!

If any of you know what any of these flowers are, please let me know. Thanks!

  1. Your first two look like lantana, the third looks like agapanthus or Lily of the Nile, the last ones look like some type of flowering eucalyptus.
